  • Customer support information
    • Purpose of collection: to provide warranty service, repairs, product personalization or other services at your request
    • Source of collection: collected from you.
    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with third party vendors providing personalization and repair services.
    • Personal Information collected: username and password (including social media login, if applicable) name, billing address, shipping address, product purchase details, email address, phone number, and (if applicable) payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal account information and transaction details, as well as requested information for product personalization such as names, birth dates, and anniversaries. 

In addition to the above purposes, we may also disclose your Personal Information in the below circumstances:

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
